Thanks for visiting me. I wandered around Digg and Dumblittleman.com and was disapointed that so many people were so quick to jump in and react negatively. I liked the suggestions and most of them I have heard a lot about in various research and health articles. One way in the future to avoid some of the backlash is to give the readers a spot to look up the info on their own and remind them that they need to talk with a physician. A good resource is from National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine - http://nccam.nih.gov/
It was a very interesting and worthwhile article. I’m going to look up some stuff and link back to you!!

Yes, there is always a hope. Tina Su started merely six months ago and she is hitting the front page regularly. That’s like winning all the big tennis titles in a row. She inspires me a lot.

You’re welcome Shilpan. I’m glad that you see it that way because I have to remind myself that any good content is going to spark debate and the argument that comes from it can be very enlightening and thought provoking just as the original post.
I happen to be very sensitive and was really upset how people were so quick to say something negative about such an obviously well thought out post. It was like I was watching my children argue- I just wanted to reach over and grab them and say, Now that wasn’t nice was it?” I guess I did do that but in a polite way.
